Reflection with a public purpose
The 2020 Black Liberation Project used sampled speeches from Stokely Carmichael, Muhammad Ali, Angela Davis, James Baldwin, Nina Simone and Malcolm X to turn anger after George Floyd’s murder into a focused listening experience.
