01You keep ownership. FVTV gets a limited, non-exclusive license to use what you supply only in FVTV coverage of you and your release, with credit.
02FVTV won't sell or sublicense your material, use it in unrelated ads, or use it to train AI models.
03Withdraw an unpublished submission anytime. For published coverage, email fvtvmedia@gmail.com with the subject “REMOVAL REQUEST” and supplied media comes down within 10 business days. Printed copies can't be recalled.
