PWAP CARRIES AN OKLAHOMA CITY DUO LEGACY INTO A NEW SOLO CHAPTER
The N7 & Pwap catalog established a national video audience; “I Ain’t Scared” and “Tricky” now put PWAP’s individual voice in front.

PWAP’s current solo run makes more sense when the N7 & Pwap history stays in the frame.
The Oklahoma City duo’s 2018 single “Spazzin” became an early breakout. Apply Pressure followed in 2020, while WorldStar and Complex helped records including “Uber” travel beyond the local circuit. The campaign understood that a song’s visual entrance could shape its audience.

A solo name moving to the front
Current artist-controlled releases identify PWAP, also presented as Pettywap, as an individual artist rooted in Oklahoma City. “I Ain’t Scared,” “Tricky” and the 2026 “Need Dat” preview establish an active solo chapter without erasing the shared catalog that introduced him.
That distinction is the story. PWAP is carrying a proven partnership forward while creating enough new work for the individual name to stand on its own.
