ISSUE 004 PUTS THE FVTV NETWORK FIRST
Original interviews, regional reporting and the people who built with FVTV set the editorial center for the August 22 issue.

Issue 003 proved FVTV could finish and release a complete independent rap magazine. Issue 004 is where the publication gets more intentional about who it is built to serve.
The August 22 issue puts FVTV’s network first: artists, media builders, correspondents and community voices who shared their stories with the platform. LiL Mike & Funny Bone lead the cover after nearly three decades of independent music, faith, Native visibility and community work.

Original access should shape the magazine
Direct conversations produce details a press release cannot supply. Local sources explain why a story matters inside a city. Artists followed over time can be documented as developing careers instead of disposable posts. Issue 004 prioritizes that material while keeping fact-checking and critical judgment intact.
The business logic follows the editorial one. Original coverage strengthens search, video, newsletters and future reporting. It gives collaborators something meaningful to share and gives partners a clear view of the audience FVTV serves. The network is the reporting advantage, the distribution system and the magazine itself.
