MW24z presents “Don’t Wanna Talk” as an introduction to a longer run of independent releases. In the artist’s submission to FVTV through Groover, the UK rapper describes producing the record personally and shaping a dark, atmospheric trap sound.

That self-production claim matters to the identity MW24z is building. When an emerging performer handles the musical backdrop as well as the vocal, the production and the persona can develop as one idea rather than two separate pieces.

The title suggests somebody deliberately holding back. There is a difference between creating intrigue and leaving listeners without a defining detail, however. As a first statement, the record introduces a mood; the next single has an opportunity to reveal more of the person behind it.

MW24z’s stated plan is consistency rather than one isolated drop. That makes the follow-through important: a series of releases can show whether the guarded atmosphere becomes a recognizable voice, or remains only a stylistic choice.

This artist introduction is based on MW24z’s submitted background and linked recordings. FVTV is not presenting it as a timestamped, independently verified listening review.
