TWO NAMES, ONE WEST SIDE: HOW MULA XO BUILT THE AVENUE BABY RUN
Avenue Baby, MuPAC and Avenue Baby2 tie two public names to one 290 West identity.
Yungmuney Mula and Mula XO are the same West Side Chicago artist, and the projects prove it.
His official @_mula_xo account goes by Yungmuney Mula, while streaming releases and the press run with Mula XO. The account also shouts out “290 west” and the Avenue Baby series, so the geography and the catalog stay locked together even when the billing switches up.
Same artist, new billing
Avenue Baby dropped in 2023, MuPAC followed in 2024, and Avenue Baby2 belongs to the current cycle. Across the run, street pressure and forward motion get treated like they’re connected, which is exactly why “motivational” keeps coming up when folks describe the music.
Mula XO is the name on this page because that’s the name on the projects. The Yungmuney Mula handle stays in the picture so you can match the drops to the account he’s actually running, and neither name is a typo.
